Withdraw from contract
Use this form to withdraw from your order before we start preparing your adventure.
Before you send it
Each adventure is made to order. At checkout you asked us to start preparing it straight away, so you can only withdraw before we have started, which is normally soon after your order.
If you withdraw in time, we refund the full amount within 14 days, using your original payment method. If we had already started, we will tell you by email.
After you send the form, you'll receive an email confirming what you sent and when. You can also withdraw by email to support@magiastoria.com. See our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
